Story

The PE department are delighted to invite you to participate
in the Mini London Marathon 2020 challenge for charity. Students and staff will have the opportunity to take part in this prestigious event running 2.6 miles around the school site in their PE lessons from Thursday 1st October.

This is a charity fundraiser event and we have chosen to support
St Richard’s Hospice, a charity close to our hearts with the recent care provided to colleague and IT teacher Lee Campion.  A truly inspirational teacher who fought his battle with cancer so bravely. We see this as a fitting tribute to him and the hospice.

For students to sign up they will need to pay a minimum of £2.60
via the justgivingwebsite and bring their proof of entry to the PE department to collect their race number prior to the date of their race. On completion of the race, students will receive a certificate and a medal as recognition for their hard work and contribution to the charity event.
